Pray for a new awakening to the power of the gospel.

Ask the Holy Spirit to open your eyes and recalibrate your heart to the truth of your identity and inheritance as a child of God. Having been made one in Christ, you belong in the greater reality of God's grace, above your current circumstances and limitations. Your position in Christ is greater than anything you have ever seen or imagined.

Don't let an over-familiarity spirit steal your sense of awe and wonder for Jesus. Be humble in order to perceive Him anew. Do not allow feelings of apathy and staleness to impede your spiritual growth and health Continue your journey to know Him and your desire for more of Him. Reach out in trust and ask Him to meet you where you are.

The Apostle Paul never lost the wonder of the gospel or his relationship with Jesus. In his epistle to the Romans, Paul stressed the God-given ability and power of the gospel to save and change lives. Paul’s own life, his teachings and his impactful ministry certainly demonstrated the power of this truth.

The gospel is much more than just the story of Jesus Christ.

It is the incredibly good news of your supernatural life in Christ (which was provided and made accessible to you through His death on the cross, His burial and resurrection). All things are made new in you as you realise and believe what Christ has done for you, and as you walk in the reality of His finished work.

When you make Jesus Christ your daily bread, there's always something new and amazing to discover. Feed on him for what you need today.

Go as far as you can in your understanding of Jesus Christ in your life. Wherever you are, Jesus will meet you. Your choice determines your outcome so ask Jesus for new eyes to see His gospel; for it is the power of salvation.

Keep your faith fresh.

Yesterday's manna will not meet today's needs. Today's wine will not fit into yesterday's wineskins. Learn to follow the Holy Spirit's leading as He lifts your spirit to new heights and greater depths of understanding in the revelation of the gospel. The more you appreciate what God in Christ has done for you, the more you will appreciate God's loving kindness in your life.
