God is always ahead of us.

He sees everything from beginning to end and gives us what is good. There is nothing hidden from Him, and nothing can take Him by surprise. He knows everything and ordains everything and yet He offers us absolute and unique freedom to accept or reject Him.

Whatever decisions you make, God will always work everything together for your good and His glory. This truth frees you from any sense of helplessness that you may have because you are afraid of making the wrong choice or not making one at all. If you learn to rest on God's perfect love, which casts away all fear, you will begin to realise how God is constantly bringing you under the purpose of His will, even in the most challenging times.

It is impossible to miss God's will once you find your life in Christ. This is because God is always working to complete what He has begun in you and He will surely finish it. Sad to say, many believers are so consumed by the innate dread of losing out on God's will that they live with unbearable guilt and shame.

The truth is you are not that powerful to mess up God's plans. 

The Bible is full of stories of individuals and groups of people who misheard, misinterpreted, or completely refused to fulfil God's will. Consider the lives of Abraham, Joseph, Moses, Jonah, and Peter. Yet, God's call on their lives was so strong and specific that they were able to accomplish what God had intended for them.

Continue to trust God even when you have messed up or when others have messed you up. While we may not understand why we experience seasons of sorrow and suffering or what the future holds for us, we have a loving God in whom nothing is impossible.

Only believe.
