Yet what we suffer now is nothing compared to the glory he will reveal to us later. God did not keep His own Son for Himself but gave Him for us all. Then with His Son, will He not give us all things?

Romans 8:18, 32 (NLT)

If you are going through a difficult time in your life right now, remind yourself of Christ's finished work on the Cross and learn to rest and receive everything that He has done for you. Then everything will radically change for your good and for His glory.

When Jesus said, "It is finished!" on Good Friday, He ensured God's victory over all evil that afflicted us. Jesus' suffering brought such eternal good and glory that nothing in this life can ever diminish what God has destined for us. This is why the Apostle Paul could say in Romans 8 that the glory that awaits all of us is incomparable to the present sufferings we experience.

Whatever you are going through right now, God's intention is for you to become more like His Son. As He has begun this good work in you, He will fully perfect you in Christ. Nothing that has or will happen can take away God's great plan for you. If you are dealing with life's difficulties or inner conflicts, keep hearing the gospel and be reminded of who you are and have in Christ.

Though Jesus has freed us from everything that keeps us from enjoying our abundant life in Him, the amount of freedom we can experience is directly proportional to the amount of truth we know. We live in righteousness in all circumstances because we are strengthened and sustained by the power of His risen life.
