We cannot stop speaking about what we have seen and heard.

Acts 4:20 (EHV)

Time with God allows us to receive fresh revelations and outpourings from Him. His Spirit works in us to renew our minds and transforms our hearts so that we might love and live well for God. We are called not only to enjoy His presence, but also to carry His presence with us everywhere we go.

Worship and mission go hand in hand. One feeds the other, and both fuel the focus and purpose of the Christian life. The Lord, just as He did with the early disciples, will take us from the “upper room” of prayer and worship into the marketplace to proclaim His gospel of the Kingdom to all nations. In short, we gather for worship, and we scatter for mission.

When we live out the call that God has given us, our witness to the world becomes authentic and alive. We cannot assume that people are not interested in spiritual things. The rise of new age beliefs and spirituality shows that many are searching for something beyond themselves. If we truly believe we are precious children of God in Christ, then we cannot help but speak the truth in love and trust God to bear witness to what we are saying.
