The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.

John 1:14 (NIV)

Jesus shares our humanity so that we may share in His divinity.

His self-giving, self-sacrificing love opens the way for us to return to the Father, who is the source of authentic love. Even though we are undeserving and lost in obedience, God sent Jesus to reach out and reconcile us to Himself. Thus, we must never disqualify ourselves from receiving everything that God has for us. This calls for faith.

Jesus lives not only "with" us, but also "as" us. This enables Him to die "for" us so that He can live "in" us. His incarnation opens the way for us to experience oneness and union with Him. We no longer need to fear because He has saved us to the uttermost. Our salvation is complete and there is nothing more for us to do. All we are to do is to keep discovering the beauty of Jesus Christ and what it means for us to believe in Him.

According to the Apostle John, Jesus is full of grace and truth, and we are invited to live in His fullness so to experience the presence and abundance of God in all things. The more we draw from Him, the more we become drawn to Him.
