God has placed a deep longing in our hearts to discover our identity. We all ask ourselves the big questions in life, such as, "Who am I?" What is the true purpose of my life? Why am I here? Where am I headed? "How will they remember me?" Many people have sought answers to these questions throughout history, but Solomon, more than any other philosopher or wise man, concluded that a life without God is meaningless.
He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, He has put eternity in their hearts, except that no one can find out the work that God does from beginning to end.
Ecclesiastes 3:11
God had already thought of you before the world was created, and He knew you before you were born. God is eternal, and when He puts eternity in your heart, His deepest desire is for you to discover and experience His love in the fullest way possible. This is why God sent Jesus to reveal how much He loves you.
Jesus is God’s love language to you.
In Ephesians 2:10, Paul states that you are God's workmanship. The Greek word for "workmanship" is poeima, which translates to poetry. When you are created in Christ, you become the "poetry of God's Word" because Jesus, the Logos (John 1:1-3), is written all over you. This means that every word God says about you in Christ will never fail, because your life is designed to fulfil His purpose. When you identify with the truth of who you are in Christ, you will understand that the purpose of God's love is His ability to make everything in your life beautiful in His time.
What is God saying to me here and what must I do?
