God is love and Jesus is God’s love in human form.

While everyone has their own beliefs about who God is, we can only truly grasp Him through Jesus, who is the exact manifestation of God's Being and Nature. The Apostle Paul, in 1 Corinthians 13:4-8, tells us what God’s love looks like.

Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.

1 Corinthians 13:4-8 (NIV)

Do you know how much God loves you?

God's love is one of the most fundamental and yet profound insights revealed in the Bible. His character is rooted in pure undiluted love. All that God gives is out of love. God loves you completely, perfectly, and unconditionally.

God has positive thoughts for you because He has made you an object of His love. No matter what you are going through, meditating on this truth will bring you comfort and hope. It is wrong to assess God's love by outward circumstances. This will result in confusion and unhappiness.

Never define His love by your circumstances; rather, define your circumstances by His love. Life may bring us pain and misery, hardships and tribulations, but it cannot separate us from God's love. It is wise, therefore, to discover more and more about God’s love for you, and how Jesus demonstrated it in every part of His ministry.
