Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will bring it to pass.
1 Thessalonians 5:24 (NASB)
Your call is always greater than your abilities or capacity to fulfil it.
If you can accomplish anything without God, you don't need faith, and you wouldn't have faith to trust God in the first place.
It is crucial to honour God's calling in your life, the calling that was forged in His mind before you were formed in the womb. You are not an accident since everything in your life is connected to God's everlasting purpose in Christ Jesus. As a result, when you sense God's call to a new season, it is better to run with Him rather than away from Him.
Allow God to shape and train you for what lies ahead.
Too often, instead of resting on God's faithful promises, we fret and fuss over the direction God wants us to take. Moses questioned his ability to be God's spokesman since he stutters. Gideon was anxious about winning the battle because his army was small. Esther felt inadequate for the task God set before her to save her people.
If these biblical figures did not serve God because of personal weaknesses and shortcomings, they would be denying future generations of a promising destiny. In the same manner, if you refuse to obey God, you are doing the same.
God never made a mistake in calling you, even if you think He did!
Obedience is difficult if we are relying on our own strength to serve God. Rather, we must rest on God's grace to grow us into the person He wants us to be in Christ. Instead of battling God's hands, just hold on to them and He will bring you to a whole new place of faithfulness and fruitfulness.
